Frequently Asked Questions

How durable are canvas and fine art prints?

Our printing technique is the same used to produce museum quality giclee prints for artists and professional photographers. Our canvas and fine art prints are guaranteed for 80 years.

Will you print a canvas or fine art print from our professional photographer?

Yes we will. Your photographer can order a print through us or, if he provides you with a release, you can.

Can my color photograph be made into sepia or black and white?

Sure. Just choose the conversion you prefer during the order process. We can even convert your black and white image to color if you want.

What is the best way to display canvas prints?

Our canvas and fine art prints are very durable and are coated with a laminate that protects the image from UV rays and other harmful atmospheric conditions. It is still best to display your canvas and fine art prints indoors and out of direct sunlight.

Do you make custom size prints and canvas?

Yes. If you don't see your size listed choose the closest size on the chart and tell us your requirements in the comment box during checkout.

What is the best file size and type to send?

Use the highest setting on your digital camera and make sure it's in "jpg" or "tiff" format. If you are scanning your own traditional images like prints, slides or negatives, make sure they are 300 ppi resolution. Make sure your file names do not have spaces or capital letters. Can you print from prints, slides or negatives?

Absolutely. You can call us to send a pre-addressed mailing kit to you, or you can just mail it yourself and we'll take it from there. If you choose to scan your own images that's fine too.
